Consumer Metrics Inc will never ask for any private or personal information such as date of birth, SIN number or any financial information. We are only interested in your opinions and feedback regarding your residential contractor

Your real time input allows your contractor to gain recognition for a job well done, or provides them with an opportunity to address any concerns you may have. Providing feedback helps them to maintain a high level of quality service and provides valuable feedback in support of your local professional.

Your customer’s feedback is only viewed by yourself and Consumer Metrics Inc. We do share, sell or provide any feedback data to any advertisers, competitors or third party companies or individuals without your express written consent.

You, as a client of Consumer Metrics Inc, own 100% of your customer feedback data. We treat your feedback as a proprietry business asset. Your customer feedback data is deleted from our records upon termination of your monthly plan.
